Users are assigned wallet and ID on registration, which will be used for funding or disbursement.
2 : What is the Contribution Cycle?
The weekly cycle will have a maximum of 12 members )so a cycle takes 4 months) while the monthly cycle a maximum of 6 members (so a cycle takes 6 months).
3 : What is Customer Settlement?
All funds [clan settlement funds, referral bonuses will be credited into the users’ wallet until request for pay-out.
4 : What is the Pay-out Period?
Users get settled within 24 hours of requests for pay-out.
5 : Is my Money Insured?
Each clan is insured up to a certain percentage of their total contributions in order to provide security of funds to the members.
6 : Can I apply for a loan?
Users have the opportunity to get loan up to the pay-out amount if all KYC conditions are met.
